Gaia Sunday Morning Yoga Sessions
Join us for a special morning session of Yoga with the Gaia installation with BWY Yoga Guide, Amanda Greenwood followed by refreshments.
These morning yoga classes are designed to connect with the Earth element. As we integrate mind and body through the practice we will work to feel strong, stable and supported through our firm foundations to the Earth. We will move mindfully and steadily through carefully choreographed flows to build heat and strength and slow and low yin practices to release stress and tension in the body and mind.
Time: 9am - 10am Yoga Session, 10am - 11am Refreshments
*You will need to bring your own mat and blanket.
Morning Yoga - Hatha ‘Slow’ Flow- Beginner-friendly: Dates : March 6th, 27th and April 24th and May 15th
Morning Yoga Flow: March 13th, April 3rd, May 1st and May 22nd
Grounding Yin Practice: March 20th , April 17th, May 8th, May 29th
