Join us as we’re staying digital for our September Lunchtime Talk. It is a great pleasure to welcome Professor Carenza Lewis, Dr Craig Marsh and Professor Heather Hughes from the University of Lincoln. They will be sharing the new archaeological discoveries from a historic village in their talk -  ‘Digging Old Dalby’.
Archaeological test pit excavations in 2019 in Old Dalby, Leicestershire were part of a Europe-wide project including the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Poland. This talk will explore what we learned about the history of the village and the impact on the people who took part.
