The exhibition is based on the work of the notable alumni and derives from the Usher's permanent collection and from private loans

The exhibition is based on the work of the notable alumni and derives from the Usher's permanent collection and from private loans. Featured artists include prominent international names such as William Logsdail, Frank Bramley and William Tom Warrener. The latter was a friend of the artist Henri Toulouse - Lautrec who depicts him in his work 'L' Anglais au Moulin Rouge'. Frank Bramley and another featured artist Frederick Elwell went on to join the celebrated Royal Academy while Bramley also co-founded the Newlyn School of Artists.
