Watercolour Workshops

This suite of workshops is inspired by the Usher Gallery's current exhibition David Remfry: A Moment Captured, led by artist and Usher Gallery life drawing tutor, Medina Hammad

15th, 16th and 22nd April, The Usher Gallery, 10am - 2pm.

Each workshop is self-contained, but if individuals wish, they can take more than one.

David Remfry has spent many years capturing the human form, both still and in motion in the watercolour medium. One fascinating aspect of his output is the range of scale – we see formal small portraits alongside large fluid works comprising of multiple figures.

These three sessions are an opportunity to channel the spirit of Remfry's beautiful work into some watercolour practice of your own. You too, will 'capture' moments!
