Visiting the museum and Usher Gallery is free and there is no need to pre-book.
The museum is a safe and welcoming space and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
When visiting us, please help us to keep you and other visitors safe by:
- Using the hand sanitiser station at the entrance
- Using hand sanitiser both before and after using any of the activities
- Using a stylus (available at our reception desk) when using the computer based activities or Lindsey the Robot
- Paying by card where possible
- Scanning the NHS Test and Trace App
- Washing your hands regularly
We will continue to implement enhanced cleaning measures across both our sites.
Please do not visit if you display any COVID symptoms such as persistent cough, a high temperature; or loss/change to the sense of taste or smell, even if these symptoms are mild.
We are asking our visitors to respect these measures to protect others and staff and to ensure enjoyment for everyone.
Staff members will be on hand to answer any queries you have on the day of your visit.
